Bio Saunas

Temperatures can reach between 70 °C and 100 °C, with relatively low humidity levels (typically between 10% and 20%).
The heat is generated by an electric or wood stove that heats volcanic stones. These stones can be sprinkled with water to generate steam and increase the sensation of heat.
Wood is not only aesthetically pleasing, it also absorbs heat and helps maintain an even temperature.
